Meet Brayden Lessler – Program Director & Head Coach

Our program is led by Brayden Lessler, an active professional motocross racer with over 15 years of racing experience. Brayden has proven himself at the highest levels of the sport, achieving multiple top-20 results in professional motocross events and securing top-5 finishes at prestigious amateur races like Loretta Lynn’s. His wealth of experience, combined with a passion for developing the next generation of riders, makes him a highly sought-after coach and mentor.

Throughout his career, Brayden has worked with some of the sport’s most renowned trainers, including Ryan (Ryno) Hughes, Yannig Kervella, and Mike Sleeter. These experiences have shaped his approach to coaching, blending cutting-edge techniques with the timeless principles that have made him successful as both a racer and a coach.

Brayden is a true student of the sport, constantly seeking out new ways to push the limits of riding technique, safety, and performance. He’s dedicated to not only making his athletes faster, but smarter and safer on the track. His coaching philosophy revolves around instilling strong fundamentals, developing mental toughness, and teaching riders how to think critically about their riding and racing.

His ability to break down complex techniques and make them accessible to riders of all levels is a cornerstone of our program. Meet Cade Butler – Assistant Coach

Cade Butler is a rising star in the motocross world. Not only is he an assistant coach with us, but he is also actively pursuing his own racing career, training alongside me as a peer. Cade’s experience as a competitor, coupled with his natural talent for analyzing technique, makes him an invaluable resource for riders looking to elevate their skills.

Despite his youth, Cade has an impressive ability to break down a rider's form and identify key areas for improvement. His sharp eye for detail allows him to make precise adjustments that help riders refine their technique, enhance their performance, and avoid common mistakes. Whether it’s refining body position, improving cornering, or mastering throttle control, Cade’s guidance is both insightful and effective.

Meet Cassidy Lessler – Social Media & Marketing Director

Cassidy Lessler is the Social Media and Marketing Director at Forge MX, where she focuses on sharing the achievements of our riders and promoting safety within the sport. She loves highlighting the progress of young riders, from mastering new skills to achieving personal milestones, while fostering a positive and supportive community around motocross. Cassidy’s creative approach to storytelling through social media helps inspire and motivate riders at every level.

In addition to her passion for showcasing rider improvements, Cassidy is dedicated to promoting safety in motocross. She actively educates the community on the importance of protective gear, safe riding practices, and injury prevention. With her love for working with kids and her positive energy, Cassidy plays a key role in creating a welcoming and empowering environment at Forge MX, helping riders grow both on and off the track.
